I. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Teledris Health website located at teledrishealth.com (the "Platform") and all related services provided by Teledris Health, operated by KavrenTech, located at 7800 SW 87th Ave, Miami, FL 33155 ("Teledris Health," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or receiving any services through Teledris Health, you ("you," "your," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Notice of Privacy Practices. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform or any of our services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
II. Emergency Disclaimer
TELEDRIS HEALTH IS NOT AN EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE.
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 OR GO TO YOUR NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM IMMEDIATELY.
Teledris Health does not provide emergency medical care, urgent care services, or treatment for life-threatening conditions. Our Platform is designed for non-emergency telehealth consultations only. Do not use Teledris Health as a substitute for emergency medical services.
III. Eligibility
To use the Platform and receive services from Teledris Health, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a resident of or physically located in a state where Teledris Health services are available at the time of your consultation.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
- Not be using the Platform on behalf of another person unless authorized by Teledris Health.
By creating an account or using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.
IV. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, contact information, and medical history.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share your password with any third party.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Teledris Health is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct that is harmful to Teledris Health, other users, or our clinical service partners.
V. Description of Services
Teledris Health is a technology platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for non-emergency telehealth consultations. Our current service offerings include, but are not limited to:
- GLP-1 Weight Loss Treatment — Consultations for compounded semaglutide and related GLP-1 receptor agonist medications for weight management.
- Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) — Consultations for testosterone replacement therapy for qualifying male patients.
- Erectile Dysfunction (ED) Treatment — Consultations for erectile dysfunction medications, including compounded formulations.
How the Service Works
- Patient Intake: You complete a medical intake questionnaire providing your health history, current medications, symptoms, and other relevant clinical information.
- Physician Review: Your intake is reviewed by an independent licensed healthcare provider within our provider network. Reviews are typically completed within 24 hours but may take longer depending on volume and complexity.
- Clinical Decision: The reviewing provider determines, at their sole discretion, whether to prescribe medication based on your clinical profile. A prescription is not guaranteed.
- Prescription Fulfillment: If a prescription is issued, it is sent to a licensed partner pharmacy (including compounding pharmacies) for fulfillment and shipped directly to your address.
- Ongoing Care: Follow-up consultations and monitoring may be provided as part of your treatment plan.
Important Service Limitations
- No guarantee of prescription. The decision to prescribe medication is at the sole discretion of the treating provider based on clinical judgment and applicable medical guidelines. Not all patients will qualify for treatment.
- No in-person examinations. Teledris Health services are provided exclusively through asynchronous telehealth consultations. Certain conditions may require in-person evaluation, and providers may refer you to an in-person healthcare provider at their discretion.
- Not a replacement for primary care. Teledris Health is not intended to replace your relationship with your primary care physician. We strongly recommend maintaining an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider.
VI. Telehealth Consent
By using Teledris Health services, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
- Your consultation will be conducted via asynchronous telehealth communication (intake form review), not an in-person visit.
- Telehealth has limitations, including the inability to perform a physical examination.
- The provider may determine that your condition is not appropriate for telehealth treatment and may decline to prescribe medication or refer you for in-person care.
- Technical disruptions may occur that could affect the delivery of services.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent to telehealth services at any time.
- Telehealth consultations are conducted in compliance with Florida Statute § 456.47 and other applicable state and federal telehealth laws.
VII. Clinical Provider Relationship
Healthcare services accessed through the Teledris Health Platform are provided by independently licensed healthcare providers affiliated with our clinical service partner network. These providers include physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who are licensed in your state.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Teledris Health is a technology platform that facilitates access to healthcare services. Teledris Health itself does not practice medicine.
- The provider-patient relationship is established between you and the treating licensed provider, not between you and Teledris Health.
- Clinical decisions, including the decision to prescribe or not prescribe medication, are made solely by the treating provider in their independent medical judgment.
- Teledris Health does not interfere with, direct, or control the clinical judgment of any healthcare provider.
- Providers may be employed by or contracted through affiliated professional entities or clinical service partner organizations.
VIII. Compounded Medications
Certain medications prescribed through Teledris Health may be compounded by a licensed compounding pharmacy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription from a licensed provider but have not undergone FDA review for safety, efficacy, or manufacturing quality.
- Compounded medications are prepared individually or in small batches and may differ from commercially manufactured products.
- You are responsible for informing your provider of any known allergies to medication ingredients or compounds.
- The availability and formulation of compounded medications may change based on regulatory guidance, ingredient availability, or pharmacy discretion.
- Teledris Health does not manufacture, compound, or dispense any medications. All medications are dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies.
IX. Payment Terms
Pricing and Fees
By purchasing a treatment plan or subscription through Teledris Health, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected service as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
Fees include the cost of the telehealth consultation, clinical review, and (where applicable) medication and shipping. Pricing varies by service and treatment plan.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Teledris Health does not collect or store your full credit card details. By providing your payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
Subscription and Recurring Charges
Certain treatment plans may be offered on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly medication shipments). If you enroll in a subscription plan:
- You authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency specified at the time of enrollment.
- Subscription charges are processed automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at help@teledrishealth.com or through your account settings on the Platform.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Before provider review: If you cancel your order before a provider has reviewed your intake, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- After provider review: Once a provider has reviewed your intake, the consultation fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.
- After medication shipment: Once your medication has shipped, the medication cost is non-refundable.
- Subscription cancellation: You may cancel future subscription charges at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

X. Communications
By creating an account or providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Teledris Health, including via:
- Email — Account notifications, order updates, clinical communications, and promotional materials.
- SMS/Text Messages — Appointment reminders, shipping updates, and service notifications.
- WhatsApp — Clinical communications, treatment updates, customer support, and promotional messages.
- Telephone — Follow-up calls related to your treatment or account.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email, replying "STOP" to any SMS or WhatsApp message, or by contacting us at help@teledrishealth.com. Opting out of promotional communications does not affect transactional or clinical communications necessary for the delivery of your healthcare services.
Message and data rates may apply for SMS and WhatsApp communications. Message frequency varies.
XI. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading health information in your intake form or communications with providers.
- Attempt to obtain medications for which you are not clinically eligible or to circumvent clinical screening processes.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Use the Platform to seek controlled substances for purposes other than legitimate medical use.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, servers, or networks connected to the Platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or computer systems.
- Use any automated system, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access or interact with the Platform.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission.
- Harass, abuse, or harm Teledris Health staff, healthcare providers, or other users.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may be reported to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
XII. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Teledris Health or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Teledris Health name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Teledris Health or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
XIII. Privacy and HIPAA
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Our use and disclosure of your protected health information ("PHI") is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes your rights under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") and how your PHI may be used and disclosed in connection with healthcare services.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have received and reviewed our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.
XIV. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TELEDRIS HEALTH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
- THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
- ANY DEFECTS IN THE PLATFORM WILL BE CORRECTED.
- THE PLATFORM IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TELEDRIS HEALTH DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC CLINICAL OUTCOME FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES. MEDICAL TREATMENT RESULTS VARY BASED ON INDIVIDUAL FACTORS AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
XV. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TELEDRIS HEALTH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR CLINICAL SERVICE PARTNERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
- YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM.
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM.
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TELEDRIS HEALTH'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TELEDRIS HEALTH IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
XVI. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teledris Health, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and clinical service partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the Platform or services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Any information you provide through the Platform, including false or misleading health information.
- Any claim by a third party arising out of your use of the Platform.
XVII. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact Teledris Health at help@teledrishealth.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
Arbitration shall take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or at another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AND TELEDRIS HEALTH AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims relating to intellectual property infringement or misappropriation.
XVIII. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
XIX. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
XX. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Teledris Health regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
